Go Zen Anxiety Program
Service Description
Empowering Autistic Children to Understand and Manage Anxiety Anxiety is one of the most common experiences for autistic children—but it’s often misunderstood. The GO Zen program offers a neuro-affirming, evidence-informed way for children to understand why they feel anxious and what they can do about it. Using engaging animations, relatable characters and practical strategies, GO Zen teaches children how to recognise their body signals, identify their triggers and build skills to manage overwhelming emotions. At Nelle Frances, we tailor the GO Zen program to suit each child’s sensory and cognitive profile. This approach helps autistic children feel safe, seen, and supported—while developing real-world tools for emotional regulation. The program complements our sensory-based therapy model and supports children to build confidence, resilience and self-awareness in a way that makes sense to their unique brain and body.
